Our children’s yoga classes are suitable for all children from 3 years + and include a warm up, time to practice yoga postures through music or a story, yoga games, breathing exercises and time to relax! Children’s yoga enhances physical flexibility, refines balance and coordination, develops focus and concentration, boosts self-esteem and confidence, and strengthens the body-mind connection.
Classes are held at The Kingsway School, Cheadle on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The youth program continues to grow from strength to strength. Young people male and female from age 5 upwards are given the opportunity to have fun and perform in the community whilst participating in a regular exercise and social program. We aim to provide a channel for health and social education through Cheerleading. All are welcome from Year 1 upward, regardless of sex, creed, cultural race or physical limitations. The aim is to work hard and be happy.
