 Yin Yoga class for any mums wanting to increase their flexibility, reduces their stress levels and learn to let go of tension and start to truly relax. No yoga experience required.

Tuesday evenings 7:45-9pm  £8 with Kate Kearns, Yoga Aura, Hazel Grove

 Ashtanga Yoga class for any mums wanting to get back into shape, build strength and relieving stress and calming the mind

Baby Wearing Dance Fitness Class

Dance Like a Mother CIC is the Mum & Baby class, where you get to have a dance to some great music, get active and have fun, whilst also spending some quality bonding time with your baby, holding them close in soft structured carriers (Ssshhh! they often fall asleep!) 

The classes are relaxed, friendly and most of all fun! All our instructors are Babywearing Peer Support Trained and the comfort and safety of you and your baby is our priority. 

All dance routines are easy to follow and designed with the postnatal body in mind. Babies love being held close by Mum; while you get to enjoy yourself, meeting other like minded Mum’s (& Dads!) whilst helping to boost your confidence, build your fitness level and most of all have a fun!

Mother & Baby Yoga

Come and join Honeychild Baby yoga for some gorgeous bonding time. The class is a delightful way to spend time bonding with your baby. A set of gentle sequences that help your baby learn more about their own little bodies. Baby yoga can help with digestive issues, cognitive and physical development and even confidence! Each course will equip you with a set of ‘tools’ to use at home: for play time, sleepy time and grumpy time! We also enjoy some postnatal yoga of our own, easing aches, pains and weariness. Each class ends with a meditative relaxation practice which is a beautiful thing to share together.

Mummies Matter offers Physiotherapy led Pilates classes for mums during pregnancy and post baby.

I am Susie, a physiotherapist and mum of 2. My business is called Mummies Matter and we provide Physio led Pilates classes for mums during pregnancy and postnatal. If you are looking for a small, relaxed class with a specialist physiotherapist, that is what we offer at Mummies Matter. All the exercises are safe for you at your specific time of pregnancy and post baby. We offer daytime and evening sessions and babies are welcome to the daytime classes.
