Are you looking to get back into exercise after having your baby but unsure where to begin? 

Or maybe you are feeling the physical effects of pregnancy and delivery of your baby & want to help your body recover? 

Perhaps you want a little time to focus on you, with the comfort of knowing that your baby can be there with you?

Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (12 weeks for c-section) these physiotherapist led mummy & me pilates classes will help to support your postnatal recovery, with a focus on recovering your pelvic floor, flexibility, general strength and much needed relaxation in a beautiful tranquil studio! 

Babies are absolutely welcome until they are on the move 🙂
